Motorcycle expeditions

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and Classic 350, fully supported with a mechanic, backup vehicle, oxygen on high routes and an English-speaking tour leader. Groups of 6 to 12 riders on fixed dates, or private departures for four or more.

Private cultural tours

Private car and driver, local guides, hand-picked four- and five-star and heritage hotels, airport transfers and monument tickets. Built around your dates, from a five-day Golden Triangle to a month across the country.

The basics, whatever your country

  • VisaAlmost every visitor uses the online e-Tourist Visa (indianvisaonline.gov.in). Apply 2 to 4 weeks before you fly; approval usually takes 3 to 5 working days.
  • Riding documentsMotorcycle riders need their home licence plus an International Driving Permit that covers motorcycles.
  • PricingQuotes in USD, GBP, EUR or AUD with every inclusion listed. 50% deposit to book; free cancellation up to 40 days before departure.
  • InsuranceTravel insurance covering medical evacuation is required on all tours; motorcycle cover above 125 cc and altitude to 5,600 m on Himalayan rides.
  • SeasonsOctober to March for Rajasthan, the Golden Triangle and the south. June to September for Ladakh and the high passes.
  • SupportNamed trip manager on WhatsApp before and during the trip, 24/7 while you are on tour. Safety and support details.
