Payment & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit confirms your place on a tour. The balance is due 30 days before departure. We invoice in USD, GBP, EUR or AUD as you prefer, and you can pay by bank transfer or by Visa or Mastercard. Bank charges on an international transfer are borne by the sender; card payments carry no surcharge. Every booking is confirmed in writing by email, with the itinerary, inclusions and these terms attached.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (email is fine). The refund depends on how far before departure we receive it:

• 40 days or more before departure: free cancellation - your deposit is refunded in full, less any bank charges.
• 30 to 39 days before departure: 25% of the total tour cost is retained.
• 20 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost is retained.
• Less than 20 days before departure, or no-show: no refund.

If you prefer, any amount that would be retained can instead be held as a credit against a future tour with us, valid for 24 months. No refunds are given for unused portions of a tour, and no exchanges for other services are possible. Tour extensions can be arranged at additional cost.

Special conditions: where a tour includes flights, hotels or cruises with their own cancellation terms, those terms apply to that component. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical care and, for motorcycle tours, riding.

Reservation Policy

Enquire through any form on this site, by WhatsApp on +91 95600 22171, or by booking a callback in your own time zone. Your reservation is confirmed by email once the deposit is received. Bookings are accepted for all dates, regardless of season.
