PAYMENT POLICY

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 45 days before departure. All bank fees related to the transfer of funds to Brahmand Tour & Travels are the responsibility of the originator. We accept payment through Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellations and Operational Policy

Any cancellations should be made in writing. Cancellation fees will not be charged for any bookings as less than 30 days or more prior to the arrival of clients unless there any charges or prepayments are due according to the policies of hotels airlines, cruises’ and other contractor’s BrahmaND Tour. If cancellation is made after full payment has been made, we will hold is a full credit to be used for further bookings (less any charges levied by hotels, carriers, and other contractors of BrahmaND Tour.

Cancellations made 30-40 days before arrival incur a 25% charge of the total tour cost. Cancellations made 20-30 days before arrival incur a 50% charge. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 20 days of arrival. No refunds are available for unused portions of the package, and no exchanges for other services are permitted. Tour extensions may be available at an additional cost.

All reservations must be made via email. Bookings are accepted for all dates, regardless of season.
