HOTEL CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME:

Check in time: 13:00 or 14:00

Check out time: 11:00 or 12:00

Early check-in or late check-out time is subject to availability and with additional charge. Let us know beforehand check in & check out time you expect for proper arrangement.

TRANSPORTATION

Our quoted price is based on group transfers coinciding with the international flight. If clients arrive on separate flights or require transfers from different airports, additional charges will apply. The same policy applies for departures.

Itinerary Changes

We will make every effort to follow the planned itinerary. However, due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, changes may occur. Brahmand Tour accepts no responsibility for such changes.

Alterations to Tour Schedule

Our tours operate seasonally. If seasonal variations or weather conditions necessitate changes in routing or accommodations, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly, including the use of alternate hotels and roads. The trip is also subject to change due to operational factors like weather, landslides, traffic, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen reasons. Any additional costs for alternative accommodations or route changes due to such reasons will be the client's responsibility.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Personal insurance is not included in the tour price. We recommend obtaining travel insurance from your place of residence before the trip commences. Brahmand Tour is not liable for any illness, injury, or death during the tour.

NOTES

TOURIST VISA:

Please make sure your passport has at least 6 months validity from the entry date. Also please check whether you need an entry visa to India countries before starting your trip. Please consult with us if you are not sure.

VACCINATIONS:

Before traveling, it is advisable to consult the competent ASL or your doctor about the need for vaccinations or prophylaxis.
