  1. Day 01 Arrive in Delhi and city tour

    Welcome to Delhi! Upon arrival in Delhi, you will have a private transfer to the hotel. After check-in at the hotel, you will be taken for a city tour of Delhi. Places that are a must in Delhi: Red Fort, India Gate, Qutub Minar, Jama Masjid, and Raj Ghat. If you wish to indulge in shopping, Janpath is one place to go. Chandni Chowk (old Delhi) is famous for both food and shopping.

    India Gate is located at Rajpath and was built during the British era. It is dedicated to the military troops who sacrificed their lives in the wars between 1914 to 1919. You can witness Amar Jawan Jyoti also as it's on the premises of India Gate. Enjoy tea/coffee or Ice creams in the parks of India Gate. After a full-day excursion, come back to the hotel and rest.

  2. Day 02 Delhi to Patiala (260 km/ 05-06 Hours)

    Patiala is 260 kms from Delhi, so it will take approximately five to six hours to reach there. You will leave for Patiala early morning and reach by noon. Places to be covered in Patiala: Moti Bagh Palace, Sri Kali Devi Mandir, Quila Mubarak, and Gurudwara Shri Dukhniwaran Sahib. Moti Bagh Palace is also known as Pearl Garden Palace and is one of the largest residencies in Asia. It is currently being used as Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports. After a long day, stay at the hotel in the night.

  3. Day 03 Patiala to Amritsar (240 km/ 05 hours)

    When leaving from Pataiala, we move towards Amritsar. It's at a distance of 240 km and will take 5 hours probably to reach there. After check-in, visit The Golden Temple and have blessings in the form of Langar. Then, proceed to Gobindgarh fort. This fort is under the Indian Military services and has a museum inside it. A light and sound show also happens in the evening.

  4. Day 04 Amritsar + Excursion to Wagah Border

    Start your day by visiting the Sri Durgiana temple. Wagah border is approximately a 1-hour distance from the central city. So, around 2 p.m., we leave for Wagah Border and come back in the evening. Wagah Border is famous for its “Beating the Retreat ceremony”. It’s the Indo-Pak border between Amritsar and Lahore. Visit Jallianwala Bagh and the local market near Sri Harmandir Sahib to shop and then come back to the hotel. You can visit Dhaba also for dinner as they are in the main market.

  5. Day 05 Amritsar to Dharamshala (200 km/ 04-05 hours)

    Post breakfast, leave for Dharamshala, and check in at the hotel. It will take 4 to 5 hours to reach Dharamshala from Amritsar as it's 200 kms apart. Visit the Dharamshala Cricket Stadium which is the highest Cricket Stadium in India. The Dhauladar range is visible from here and the stadium has picturesque views of snow-capped mountains. Then you will proceed to Norbulingka Institute, Namgyal Monastery, and Naddi viewpoint. Enjoy Maggi with a sunset view at Naddi Viewpoint.

  6. Day 06 Dharamshala local sightseeing

    After having breakfast, visit the Kangra Fort and then the Church of St. John in the wilderness. Walk towards the Nag temple and a little trek towards BhagsuNag waterfall. After coming back, go to the Tsuglagkhang Complex (Dalai Lama temple), McLeod Ganj. If you are lucky, you may witness the Dalai Lama in his temple as keeps visiting Dharamshala quite often. On the Mall Road of McLeod Ganj, shop in the market, and eat local cuisine (mainly Tibetan). They have wonderful cafes on Mall Road where you can try dessert.

  7. Day 07 Dharamshala to Shimla (260km/ 06 hours)

    The distance between Dharamshala and Shimla is 260 km. Post early breakfast, reach Shimla in about 6 hours, and check in at the hotel. Freshen up and travel to Kufri. You can trek and reach the temple else you can take a Horse ride and reach whichever is convenient for you. There is an option of visiting an adventure park at Kufri. You can also go for customized trip with exploring the unexplored Old Himachal sightseeing.

  8. Day 08 Shimla sightseeing

    Post breakfast, visit Shri Hanuman Mandir at Jakhoo Hill. Beware of a lot of monkeys in the temple. After that proceed towards Kali Bari temple, Viceregaal Lodge, Christ Church, Lakkar Bazaar, and Mall Road. Shop as Shimla has one of the largest Mall Roads and many eating joints as well. There are a lot of handicrafts available at the Lakkar Bazaar. The Ridge is a good place to get clicked. You can also check out the Library on the Mall Road if time permits.

  9. Day 09 Shimla to Chandigarh (120km/ 04 hours) and Chandigarh city tour

    Grab breakfast and travel to Chandigarh. It will take 4 hours to reach Chandigarh as the distance is just 120 kms from Shimla. Visit Rock Garden, Zakir Hussain Rose Garden, Sukhna Lake, and then Sector 17 Market. At Sukhna Lake, you can walk around or go boating for the views. You can dine in at any restaurant near the market or visit Elante Mall. Shop at the Mall or Sector 17 Market if you wish to.

  10. Day 10 Chandigarh to Delhi (250km/ 05 hours) and Departure for your hometown

    Your trip ends today, after having breakfast leave back with beautiful memories. It takes around 5 hours to reach Delhi from Chandigarh as it’s 250kms. Travel back to Delhi Airport from Chandigarh and depart for your city from there.
