Road Trip To Ladakh Via Manali

Keep in mind that you are travelling to Ladakh on the world's highest motor-able road, which provides some stunning vistas of the 'top of the world.' Taking you through north-eastern Himachal Pradesh and Lahaul valley is the Rohtang Pass. As you get higher, the gantle greens of the verdant valley slowly give way to the harsh dry deserts of higher altitude and the stark, startling beauty of the painted mountains. The inaccessibility of the higher reaches of these regions is what makes it so attractive.

In Jispa and Sarchu, we sleep in tents because the accommodations are comfortable but minimal. The amazing grandeur of these mountains remains unspoilt, and the people's lifestyle stays undisturbed by the modern civilization, despite the fact that the number of visitors is growing.

Day 01 ARRIVAL

At the Delhi airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your accommodation.
Day 02 DELHI

A trip introduces you to the city of New Delhi after a morning at leisure. Drive through Lutyen's Delhi's colonial legacy before stopping to see the Qutab Minar and Humayun's Tomb up close. The lively street of Chandni Chowk, which is frequented by rickshaw, is located just across from the Red Fort.
Day 03 DELHI-CHANDIGARH-NALAGARH

The morning train will transport you to Chandigarh, from where your chauffeur will take you to Nalagarh and the Herita Falls.
Day 04 NALAGARH-MANALI

On the way to Manali, make a pit stop at the Naggar fort.
Day 05 MANALI

Spend the day taking in the sights and sounds of Manali's natural splendor.
Day 06 MANALI-JISPA

Cross the Rohtang Pass to drive on to Jispa.
Day 07 JISPA - LEH

The Bara Lacha Pass takes you across to the Zanskar and Spiti valleysand on to Sarchu. From Rupshu, the highest inhabited region in the world, cross the Tanglang la pass to Leh.
Day 08-09 LEH

Two full days to explore Leh city and the nearby Hemis, Thikse, and Shey monasteries.
Day 10 LEH- DELHI

Return to Delhi and do some last-minute souvenir buying.
Day 11 DEPARTURE

Transfer to the airport on time for your departure flight.
