How I can reach Kheerganga?

Reaching Kheerganga by Bus:

If you want to travel through the bus, you can take the bus from Delhi ISBT Kashmere Gate to
Bhutnar or from Chandigarh ISBT 43 to Bhutnar. From Delhi ISBT, it will take around 12-14
hours. Only semi-sleepers buses are available.

From Bhutnar, you need to take the bus for Barshaini, which will take around 2-3 more hours.
You can get the last bus around 4:30 p:m. You can also take the cab from there if you want to.

Reaching Kheerganga by Air:

If the bus journey seems to be very hectic and you don’t want to spoil too much time on the
bus traveling then you can take flight for Kullu and from Kullu, you can reach Barshaini by Bus
or Cab as per your convenience.

The route will be from: Kullu – Bhuttnar - Barshaini. It will take hardly 20-30 minutes from
reaching Kull to Bhutnar.

Routes for Kheerganga Trek
There are two routes from Barshaini for Kheergana trek:

First Route:
Once you reach Barshaini with our guide, you can go right and hike up to the Kalga Village. This
router passing through forest and offers an easy climb for beginners.

Second Route:
The second route is via Nakhtan village and you need to take a left from a bridge at Barshani
village. This is comparative the shorter route and offers a more scenic view but quite steep at
places so it’s a difficult one.

Manikaran
Manikaran is a holy place in the Parvati valley of Himachal Pradesh. Manikaran is a holy center
for Sikhs and Hindu as well. The legendary fable believe that once the wife of Shiva, Parvati
dropped her earrings in the spring of Manikaran which led to the uprising of hot water from
that place and Sikh believes that third Udasi came to this place in 1574 with his disciples and
after some time one of disciple felt hungry and the problem was there was no fire to cook so
Guru Ji lifted the stone in Manikaran and the spring of hot water came out of the earth.
