Classic North India Tour

From the heart of modern India in New Delhi to the vast Western Ghats of the holy city of Varanasi; from the urban jungle of Mumbai to the dense Rantaambore natural desert. The wonderful trip along this route covers the classic cities of northern India: Benaras and Khajuraho, and can also give you an in-depth understanding of Rajasthan, the Taj Mahal and India’s most important nature reserves one. First, explore the city of New Delhi.

The British heritage in New Delhi is now a symbol of the greatest democracy in the world. Visit Kutab Minar, the 12th-century victory tower; Humayun’s Tomb, the predecessor of the Taj Mahal; and Old Delhi, the ancient capital of the great Mughal dynasty. Varanasi is located on the west bank of the Ganges and is also known as Kashi or "City of Light". The heritage is more than 3,000 years old and is considered the oldest. A lively city on earth. The beauty of the carvings of Khajuraho Temples makes them a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The temples built by the rulers of Chandra in the 9th and 10th centuries are considered the pinnacle of architecture in northern India. The gods and goddesses, dancers and girls, warriors and beasts lifted into the sky in perfect proportions, which can be seen from the ground. In Orchha, another capital of King Bandera, there is now magnificent sites of three important temples. The city is located on a small island formed by the slow flow of the Betwa River and remains one of the most beautiful ancient settlements in the country. Return to Delhi after a holiday in Ranthambore, visit Agra, admire the Golden Triangle, and admire the magnificent beauty of the Taj Mahal and other exquisite monuments, and the pink Jaipur.

Day 01 ARRIVAL

Arrival and welcome at Delhi airport followed by transfer to hotel.
Day 02 DELHI SIGHTSEEING

Rest and unwind within the morning before starting to envision capital of India within the afternoon. Visit the busy lane of the old Mughal capital of shahjahanabad.
Day 03 DELHI-VARANASI

Take the morning flight to Varanasi and visit sarnath in the afternoon and Varanasi sightseeing.
Day 04 VARANASI-KHAJURAHO

Early morning enjoy the boat ride to view the ghats from the river. After visit the flight to Khajuraho is at noon so you can visit the temples in the afternoon.
Day 05 KHAJURAHO-ORCHA-JHANSI-AGRA

Drive to Orcha to see the temples, enjoy lunch before driving on to Jhansi to catch the train to Agra the same day.
Day 06 AGRA

The day is dedicated to discovering Agra and the moods of the Taj at different times of the day.
Day 07 AGRA-RANTHAMBORE

Get to Ranthambore in the afternoon by train, you can enjoy a jeep safari through the park.
