Book Cycling Tour of Manali

At the first day of tour, meet and greet with our representative at desired stand followed by a transfer to the hotel. Post breakfast and freshen up, meet at the hotel’s lobby to gather along other cruise members and further details. Your first destination will be “Hadimba Devi Temple” which is dedicated to Hadimba Devi, built in 1553 in a clearing among ancient deodars. The temple has a wooden structure which is relatively crude, and the pagoda is far from perfectly perpendicular. Massive deodar planks form the roof, but in contrast to the massive scale of the exterior wooden structures the brass image of the goddess Hadimba.

By late afternoon, move further where you will come to a small village called “Naggar” where a medieval castle awaits you which is built in traditional pahari style (Kathkuni). Have a delicious lunch of fresh local products. Naggar Castle is a wooden traditional local architecture with carved balconies with scenic views of the Beas Valley.

Have your dinner followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

Post breakfast, 2nd day of tour will begin with travel towards “Atal Tunnel” going through Pir Panjal mountain range of Himalayas at an 10000 ft. above sea level (world longest tunnel >9.5 km< above 3000 mt. altitude), further tunnel experience witness the Snow covered mountains of Lahaul Valley. After crossing Tunnel you will enter into an entirely different world with almost no trees and greenery but even higher mountain peaks covered with snow and Chandra, a tributary of Chenab River, flowing next to the tunnel. In the evening, free to stroll down on the Manali Mall for shopping.

On last day of cycling tour in manali, you are free till afternoon for leisure activities at your own, post lunch departure from Volvo bus stand to returning journey to Delhi/ Home Town.
